Defective product

In the event that the product arrives broken due to manufacturing defects or incorrect packaging, the customer will have a maximum period of 3 business days from receipt of the product to request an exchange or refund of the money via nadim@hennaperu.com. If the exchange option is requested, FÁTIMA COSMÉTICOS E.I.R.L. will cover the collection and re-shipment costs.

Incorrect product

If the correct product(s) are not received, the customer will have a maximum period of 3 business days from receipt of the product to request an exchange via nadim@hennaperu.com. In this case, FÁTIMA COSMÉTICOS E.I.R.L. will cover the logistical costs (collection and re-shipment). Both the product and the packaging must be in excellent condition; the envelope must not have been opened or show signs of use and/or deterioration, as any of these factors will prevent the exchange.

8. Refunds

Once a refund is approved, processing time varies depending on the payment method used.
